This short article is a gentle reminder that the answer to the question embedded in the title is answered in the Thanksgiving episode of The Republican Professor Podcast, 2022.

The guest was the distinguished Dr. Daniel Dreisbach, J.D., D.Phil. In his TRP interview, Dreisbach sounds to me like he’s preaching, in a good way, on the podcast, and he’s clearly a master of the material.

The focus of the interview was his hefty book called “Reading the Bible with the Founding Fathers” published by Oxford University Press (I’ve heard of that press). That book would make a wonderful stocking stuffer, provided that the stocking is huge enough.
